The pneumatic servo thrust
actuator is capable of slewing
heavy loads at high cycle rates
while achieving positional
resolutions below 0.001”. 
Velocity and acceleration
profiles are well controlled. 
The servo is robust to supply pressure variations and low frequency random load
disturbances, such as friction,
and is ideal for force applications where real time position and
velocity monitoring is required.
