Terms & Conditions
1. Prices/Taxes
Unless otherwise stated by Sunstream Scientific in writing, prices will be those in
effect at the time of Delivery [see below] and shall be exclusive of any sales or other
taxes which may apply for such transaction.
2. Delivery Title
Delivery will be made F.O.B. Sunstream Scientific's plant in Chicago, IL and time of
"Delivery" shall be when the product to be delivered is picked up by the carrier. Upon
such delivery, Buyer shall be responsible for and bear the entire risk of loss or damage
to the products. Title to the products shall pass to Buyer upon delivery to the destination
specified by Buyer's P.O. Buyer is responsible for payment of all transportation and
insurance costs from Sunstream Scientific's plant to Buyer's specified destination.
3. Shipment
Shipping dates are approximate only. In the absence of specific shipping instructions,
Sunstream Scientific will ship by the method it deems the most advantageous. Any freight
or insurance charges paid by Sunstream Scientific will be subsequently invoiced to the
Buyer.
4. Security Interest
Sunstream Scientific reserves a purchase money security interest in the products sold
to Buyer. In the event of default by Buyer of any of its obligations to Sunstream Scientific,
Sunstream Scientific shall have the right to repossess the products sold hereunder and
without obligation to the Buyer.
5. Terms of Payment
Terms are Net 30 days after shipment subject to Sunstream Scientific credit approval.
Past-due accounts may be subject to a monthly charge of 1.5%. New orders from Buyers
which have outstanding invoices overdue by 45 days or more, may be accepted by Sunstream
Scientific only on a C.O.D. or prepay basis.
6. Sunstream Scientific Warranty
Sunstream Scientific warrants to Buyer that the products sold will be free from defects
in material and workmanship and will perform to Sunstream Scientific's applicable published
specifications for 24 months from the date of Delivery. If Buyer meets the reasonable
conditions for warranty repair or replacement as specified in the full Terms Conditions,
Sunstream Scientific will provide parts and labor necessary to repair or replace any
product or part thereof, which, under normal operating conditions, fails to operate as
a result of a defect in material or workmanship within the applicable warranty period.
7. Change Orders or Cancellation
Sunstream Scientific is not required to accept changes after an order is acknowledged;
however, Sunstream Scientific will attempt to accommodate reasonable requests for changes.
Any request for changes must be in writing and received in time to be implemented. Additional
charges will be applied for any increase in costs necessary to implement such Buyer requested
changes. Cancellation by Buyer of an order which has been acknowledged by Sunstream Scientific
via its Customer Order Verification will be subject to cancellation charges. In no case
shall such charges be less than 20% of the order amount. In the event of cancellation,
Buyer will have no rights in or to partially completed goods.
Return Policy
Unused items may be returned for credit for up to 6 months from the date of purchase, subject to a review before the return is authorized. A restocking fee of 35% of the selling price will apply. Items can be returned under the terms of the warranty at any time within the period of two (2) years of purchase for review.
All items submitted for return must have a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number from Sunstream Customer Service by calling (773) 575-4420.
You will be asked to provide a brief description of the return reason / problem and provide return contact information. Send the products to the address below, with the RGA number must be clearly written on the outside of the package.

It is the responsibility of the sender to provide for all shipping, handling and insurance charges. Sunstream is not responsible for any shipping charges or damages for the return of the product.
